SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all parcels within 24hrs. We are normally able to dispatch parcels SAME DAY where orders are received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
Whilst we try to ship same day, arrival time is not guaranteed. We do not process orders over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday afternoon will not usually ship until Monday.
You can choose your preferred shipment method at checkout. Please note that surcharges may apply for highland, Isles, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.
Where you choose your preferred shipment method, we are normally be able to honour that shipment method. However, we reserve the right to change the shipment method to an equivalent shipping method with another carrier as we see fit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Where possible orders will be shipped "Delivery Duties Paid” ("DDP").
DDP means that all duties and taxes will be paid at checkout to ensure that your order arrives on time and without additional import charges.
International orders must clear import/export customs which could add to the shipping time of an order. However, because most orders are shipped DDP such delays should be minimal.
For shipments to Europe under €150 we use our IOSS number (IM4400025240) in order to streamline the shipping process and send goods DDP.
In some cases, despite you having paid duties and taxes at checkout, we may find that we are still unable to send your order DDP. This is normally because we can’t find a courier that is able to offer us a DDP service. In this instance, we will immediately contact you to discuss either sending your goods DDU ("Delivery Duties Unpaid") and refunding the duties and taxies paid or alternatively cancelling your order in full.
In some cases, where we are aware that we cannot send DDP to your country, we not charge you Duty or Tax at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs provided at checkout are estimates and may be subject to change.
We aim to provide the more accurate and best shipping prices available at checkout but sometimes we are unable to honour the shipping price for a number of reasons, to include:
Where the shipping costs change we will contact you to provide you with a revised shipping estimate before we accept your order and send your goods.
RETURNS
Goods returned within 14 days of purchase date in original packaging will be refunded in full. We do not refund postage/carriage costs either way unless goods are deemed faulty.
Please return your goods within 14 days of purchase date in original packaging with as much care as reasonable.
We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most appropriate shipping method for your return or exchange. If your return warrants reimbursement of shipping costs, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original shipping cost.
You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges will generally be processed within 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept that the returns process may take longer for our international customers. For international returns please therefore notify us and send the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
We do not refund duties or taxes paid. If you return an item or refuse an item we will be unable to refund the duty or tax amount you paid. However, the cost of the product paid will be refunded in full.
We cannot process exchanges for international orders.
Note: You may be able to claim repayment of the duties and taxes paid on orders imported from outside your country with your local tax office/authority. You may be requested to complete a form declaring that the goods have been returned and you should complete this form/make this application before the goods are packed and sent for return. We are unable to advise in relation to international duties and tax and you will need to make your own enquiries.
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the credentials you used to create your account. You will find the “My Account” link located at the top of each page.
Login to your account and go to MY RETURNS. You can select your order and create a new return request.

Once you have registered your return, we will issue you with an RMA number.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the credentials you used to create your account. You will find the “My Account” link located at the top of each page.
Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the “My Orders” link for order status.
