The VEC-422K tunes the entire SCA band from 50 to 100 KHz with front panel tuning and volume control. A PLL (phase-locked-loop) integrated circuit gives excellent performance. Has low level audio output and built-in amplifier to drive an external speaker. Vectronics kits feature a professional quality epoxy glass PC board with solder mass and screen printed component legend to make kit assembly easy.
