Mirage KP-2-10M Masthead Pre-Amplifier (28–30MHz / 10m) is a high-performance, low-noise receive preamp designed to significantly improve weak signal reception on the 10 metre band. Using advanced GaAs-FET technology, the KP-2 delivers excellent sensitivity and clean signal amplification, making it ideal for DXers and serious HF operators.

Mounted directly at the antenna, the KP-2-10M minimises feedline losses and boosts weak signals before they reach your receiver. Its intelligent automatic RF sensing instantly bypasses the preamp during transmit, protecting the unit and ensuring seamless operation.

The included KP2RC control unit allows easy operation from the shack, feeding DC power up the coaxial cable to the masthead unit. A selectable internal attenuator lets you optimise gain levels, helping prevent overload and intermodulation from strong local signals.
